Osun Govt To Meet With Hoteliers, Owners of Bars and Relaxation Joints

Osun state government plans to meet with stakeholders in the hospitality sector of the state. In a statement released on the official social handles of the government and signed by the Commissioner for information and civic orientation, Mrs Funke Egbemode.
She stated that “Following the decision of the State’s Executive Council to reopen businesses in the hospitality industry as part of the next phase of easing the COVID-19 imposed lockdown, the government will be having a meeting with Representatives of owners of hotels, bars and relaxation Joints.
This is necessitated by the need to communicate the protocols required to guide the reopening of their businesses. The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday August 19, 2020, by 10:00am at the EXCO Lounge, State Secretariat, Abere.
Each association is expected to send five Representatives to the meeting to ensure adherence to the physical distancing protocol. Please note that nobody will be allowed entry into the venue unless they have their face masks on.
