Hon. Wole Oke empowers constituents

The member representing Oriade/Obokun federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Wole Oke, has empowered about five thousand (5000) women and youths in the constituency.

In a statement released by his media team, the empowerment scheme which was done in collaboration with National Directorate of Employment was tagged “Micro Enterprises Enhancement Scheme”(MEES), was launched on Monday, and is aimed at alleviating poverty amongst the people of Ijesha North constituency.

“Hon. Wole Oke zeal and passion to eradicate poverty in Ijesa North federal constituency continue today as a mega empowerment scheme aim at alleviating poverty among the youths and women was formerly launched today with over 5000 constituents benefitting from the scheme”.

“Egboro town hall Ijebu Ijesa was full with capacity. The empowerment which was done in collaboration National Directorate of Employment called Micro Enterprises Enhancement Scheme (MEES) ensure loan were given to the youths and women to set up their own business”.

“One of the core promises of Hon. Wole Oke is youth empowerment and poverty alleviation among the people of Ijesa North Federal constituency which he fulfilled today.”
